The product is high fullness of coating, good adhesion between interlayer、resistance to grinding 、 corrosion、and it is not easy to be whiten, with good tolerance for pitting dust.

 

Application

Apply in car lamp for BMC or PBT materials、 with a temperature resistance of up to 170-220 ℃、suitable for spraying and easy to operate.

 

Components

Polyester acrylic oligomers、acrylic monomers、alcohols、esters、ketones、flattening agent.

 

Points for Operation

Work-pieces - pre-treatment - spraying - standing (3-5 minutes) - infrared (3-5 minutes) - exposure (600-800mj/C ㎡) – coating

This product can be directly sprayed and can be mixed with a special diluent if there are special requirements. It should achieve cumulative light exposure and use a multi angle UV machine for polyhedral work-pieces. This product is low viscosity and need to concern thickness of the spray film to avoid sagging.

 

Precautions

The quality guarantee period for this product is 6 months. If it expires, please test its applicability. Please seal the unused paint and store it in a dark, ventilated, and dry place. Spraying operation tools, containers, etc. should be cleaned with special cleaning agents. The designated diluent must be used for dilution. The product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated place. The product should be transported in undamaged original cans.

The drying effect of water-based coating products is greatly affected by different environmental factors. During using, a comprehensive judgment should be made based on the temperature, humidity, wind speed, and drying conditions of the environment in order to achieve the best appearance and performance of the paint film.

The self-recoating interval must be at least 1 hour after the surface drying time, and the actual time depends on the impact of different environmental humidity and temperature on product drying. Generally between 2 hours and 6 hours; It is best to reapply the topcoat with an interval of more than 24 hours.

The operation temperature is between 10 ℃ and 30 ℃, and the operation humidity is no more than 75%.The product must be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed before use, and frequent stirring is required during use to prevent sedimentation.
