The water-based peel-able coating is mainly composed of high-quality water-based acrylic resin as the main film-forming material, supplemented by environmentally friendly additives and water. This coating is a single component coating (baked at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes or self-dried for 24 hours) with appropriate adhesion on various substrates (including stainless steel, carbon steel materials, aluminum plates, galvanized plates, glass, ceramic tiles, etc.), moderate tensile strength and elongation, and easy to peel off; Excellent physical and chemical protection performance, which can provide temporary protection for various substrate surfaces; This polymer film has good weather resistance and is easy to operate. It can be applied with various operation ways such as roller coating, brush coating, and spray coating. At the same time, with the characteristics of low VOC release, low odor, and water-based environmental protection, and suitable for various fields, including automotive vehicle protection, automotive parts, ship construction, kitchen tile protection, household appliances, electronic devices, precision instruments, glass curtain walls, weapons and equipment, and so on.

During the mixed storage process, there may be slight layering and sedimentation. Before use, it should be shaken thoroughly and evenly.

①The coated surface should be smooth, dry, and free of contamination
②The surface no need to paint should be protected by shielding materials, and gaps、grooves and dart holes should be sealed to prevent unnecessary losses. To avoid coating beyond the scope, it is recommended to use roller coating or brush coating while operating.
3.Construction conditions: The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃ and the relative humidity shall not exceed 80%.
4.It is recommended to wear shielding clothing and protective masks during the spraying process to avoid inhaling and exposing skin to paint mist.
5.Storage: Stored sealed tightly in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, to be moisture-proof, sun proof, and frost proof, with a storage temperature of 5-35 ℃
6.Safety: Although this product is a water-based non-flammable coating, it can be harmful or fatal if swallowed. If swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately. Skin and eyes should not come into contact with this product. If it accidentally enters the eyes, it should be immediately rinsed with plenty of water. Always pay attention to fire and explosion prevention. The disposal of residues should comply with relevant national or local government safety regulations.
The storage period of the paint is six months, please be sure to exhaust it within six months.
