Product Composition
The two-component truck paint is suitable for surface coating and repair of various imported and domestic trucks. It can also be used for engineering vehicles, train carriages, agricultural machinery, bridges, iron structures, oil storage tanks, ship wells, and other large-scale equipment and high-grade industrial coatings. Due to different construction conditions and other objective environments, the colors on the color card are for reference only; please strictly follow the construction requirements.
Brief Introduction to Operating Procedures
1. Substrate Treatment:
Thoroughly sand the old paint or original factory primer to make it smooth and free of oil stains. After the above substrate treatment surfaces are fully dried, wipe off any dust particles, then spray 1-2 coats of green universal primer, with an interval of 2-3 minutes between each coat. After 2 hours, it is recommended to wet sand with 600 grit waterproof sandpaper or dry sand with 800 grit sandpaper.
2. Application of Putty:
Fill the recessed areas with green universal putty and sand them smooth (mixing ratio: 100 parts putty to 2 parts curing agent). After applying the putty, ensure it is completely hardened before sanding. You can use 400 grit waterproof sandpaper, or after 70 minutes, use 600 grit sandpaper.
3. Spray Painting Topcoat:
Spray the two-component topcoat after the above putty is fully dried, and make sure to wipe off any dust particles before applying the topcoat (mix ratio: 1 part main paint, add 0.35 parts curing agent, and 0.3-0.5 parts thinner).
Surface Treatment
The workpiece surface should be treated for rust and oil removal, ensuring it is clean, dry, and free of any contaminants. The primer should be sanded flat with fine sandpaper, and any dust should be removed before spraying the topcoat.
Precautions
1. Before each use, thoroughly stir the paint and filter it through a 120-mesh copper mesh.
2. It is essential to use the matching curing agent and thinner for the "Green Earth" paint.
3. When using this paint for repairs, slight color differences may occur (mainly due to prolonged outdoor exposure causing the original paint to discolor). After minor adjustments, uniform color can be achieved.
4. It is strictly forbidden to mix this paint with other brands, models, or types of paint products.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in iron drums and should be stored in a cool, dry place. The storage period is one year from the date of production. If the storage period is exceeded but the product still meets the standards upon inspection, it can continue to be used.
