The U-T-2K water-based polyurethane wear-resistant paint series uses imported high-quality water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion resin as the main film-forming material, supplemented by environmentally friendly pigments to form a water-based polyurethane paint. Brief Introduction

The paint film has good adhesion and decorative effect, and can be widely used on the surface of metal for vehicles, car wheels, wear-resistant coatings for ground, ABS, PS and other products. It provides long-lasting protective performance when matching used with varnish.

 

Components

Waterborne hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion, environmentally friendly pigments, water and additives.

Varnish is composed of water-based wear-resistant acrylic dispersion, additives, co solvents, and water.

Water-borne curing agent.

 

Application

1.It can be used on surface of metal for vehicles, wear-resistant coatings for ground, ABS, and other products, as the decorative primer.

2. It can be applied in automotive wheels, car-repairing, decoration and engineering machine.

 

Features

This product is a two-component packaging that can be diluted with water and used as a cleaning tool. It is easy to apply and meets with environmental protection requirements.

After matching with varnish, the paint film has high hardness and good fullness.

Main features of paint film

Plate making conditions:

Spraying coating substrate: tinplate or 50mm × 120mm thickness of paint film : 23±3 μm

Drying conditions:70 ℃ × 30min

Proportion:After the coating is dried for 7 days, performance testing is carried out. The composite coating is coated with 2K water-based WB8800A polyurethane varnish before testing. The ratio is as following:WB8800A Varnish:WB G-60%:DI water =2:1:0.3-0.5, after plate making at80℃×30min, thickness 20-25µm

Precautions

1. After the paint is opened, it should be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed according to the ratio, and diluted with deionized solution to the working viscosity. Filter with a 200-300 mesh filter before operation.

2.The relative humidity of the operation environment shall not exceed 80% and good ventilation shall be maintained.

3. During operation, the surface of the coated material should be kept clean, dry, flat, and free of pollutants such as dust and oil.

4.Coatings should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature above 0 ℃.

5. The storage period of the paint is six months, please be sure to exhaust it within six months.
