This product is composed of organic silicon resin, heat-resistant pigments, fillers, and other materials.

Product Matching

Primer: None or inorganic zinc-rich primer.

Topcoat: None or recoat with one coat of this paint.

Thinner: High-temperature resistant paint thinner.

Recoating Interval: Minimum 24 hours, maximum unlimited. For surfaces exposed to polluted environments, thoroughly clean with high-pressure fresh water before recoating and allow to air dry.

 

Notice

The construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with humidity not exceeding 85%. The surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 degrees above the dew point. Before use, the product must be thoroughly stirred, and it should be stirred frequently during use to prevent precipitation. Outdoor painting is not permitted during inclement weather such as rain, snow, or heavy wind and sandstorms.

 

Packaging, storage, and transportation:

The product is sealed in iron drums and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place, away from sources of fire and heat. The storage period is 12 months. If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be retested according to standard regulations. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. During transportation, the product should be protected from rain and sunlight, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.

The product contains flammable organic solvents. When using, adhere to the safety regulations and operational specifications for painting work. The construction site should pay attention to keeping away from fire sources, ensuring ventilation, and implementing measures to prevent fire, static electricity, and poisoning.
