Product Composition
This product is a two-component paint, composed of the main paint containing hydroxyl acrylic resin, pigments, additives, solvents, and the curing agent containing aromatic diisocyanate prepolymer.
Product Characteristics and Applications
Corrugated paint is a high-end industrial artistic paint, named for its corrugated film surface after application, which is rich and elegant in decorative effect. Acrylic corrugated paint has a fast drying speed, high hardness, good wear resistance, and adhesion, as well as excellent gloss and color retention properties. It is suitable for painting valuable instruments and equipment such as machinery, machine tools, precision instruments, and medical devices.

Product Matching and Construction Parameters
Can be directly sprayed onto treated metal surfaces. If the workpiece requires long-term rust protection, a preceding epoxy zinc-rich primer followed by epoxy rust-proof paint can be applied.
Matching diluent: JBX01
Repainting interval: Reapply the same paint within 60 minutes or after 16 hours. When repainting over intermediate or primer coats, wait for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 15 days.
Mixing ratio: Paint: JBG23 curing agent: JBX01 diluent = 1: 0.3-0.5: 0.3-0.5 (by weight)
Construction points: Apply in 2-3 layers. Spray a thin coat first, ensuring no substrate is visible. After 10-15 minutes, increase the oil output and spray a second coat quickly. If needed for paint repair, spray a third coat with a fast gun after 10-15 minutes.
Effective usage period after mixing: 6 hours.
Surface Treatment
The preceding coat should dry thoroughly and any dirt on the coating surface should be removed. For cured primers, sanding is required before applying the topcoat. When directly applied to metal surfaces, the workpiece surface must undergo rust removal, cleaning, and degreasing, ensuring it is clean and dry.

Construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5°C with humidity not exceeding 85%. The surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 degrees above the dew point. Before construction, the air compressor and filter should be used to remove water to avoid pinholes in the paint film. The product must be thoroughly stirred before use, and any leftover paint should be sealed promptly to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
The product is sealed in iron drums and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place, away from sources of fire and heat. The storage period is 12 months. If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be retested according to standard regulations. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. During transportation, the product should be protected from rain and sunlight, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.

The product contains flammable organic solvents. When using, adhere to the safety regulations and operational specifications for painting work. The construction site should pay attention to keeping away from fire sources, ensuring ventilation, and implementing measures to prevent fire, static electricity, and poisoning.
