Matching used product

Mid-primer matching used for the rear: epoxy anti-corrosion primer, with acrylic polyester enamel for the topcoat. Other matching materials can be customized as request

Matching use diluent:JHX01

Repainting interval: minimum 8 hours; the maximum duration is 15 days; if the interval is too long, the surface should be lightly ground or sandblasted with a sandblasting machine to remove the zinc salts that have already been produced.


Precautions

The operation temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃, and the humidity should not exceed 85%. The surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 degrees higher than the dew point; the product must be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed before use, and frequent stirring is required during use to prevent sedimentation; Outdoor painting cannot be carried out due to severe weather conditions such as rain, snow, and sandstorms.

 

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

Sealed packaging in iron drums, this product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, isolated from sources of fire, and away from heat sources. The storage period is 12 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be retested according to the standard regulations. If the results meet with the requirements, it can still be used. When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain, sunlight exposure, and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation bureau.

 

Safety and Environmental Regulations

This product contains flammable organic solvents. When using it, safety regulations and process standard specifications for painting operations should be followed. At the operation site, should keep it away from fire sources.  And necessary protective measures such as ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken.
