Product Composition
This product is a two-component paint, consisting of the main paint containing hydroxyl acrylic resin, pigments, additives, and solvents, and the curing agent containing aromatic diisocyanate prepolymer.
Product Characteristics and Applications
Its characteristics include fast drying, good hardness, strong adhesion, excellent color retention, full film, and good resistance to chemical corrosion. It is particularly recommended for high-quality coating of large equipment, machine tools, machinery, instruments, hardware products, and other items.

Product Matching and Construction Parameters
You can directly apply it on metal surfaces that have been treated. If the workpiece will be used in a humid or slightly corroded environment, it is recommended to use epoxy zinc-rich primer or epoxy rust-proof paint as matching coatings.
Recoating Interval: Recoat within 60 minutes or after 16 hours of the same paint; when recoating on intermediate paint or primer, the shortest interval is 8 hours, and the longest is 15 days.
Matching thinner: JBX01
Construction Points: Apply in 2-3 coats. Spray a thin first coat, ensuring there are no areas with exposed substrate; adjust the flow rate to a higher setting after 10-15 minutes and spray a fast second coat; if necessary, perform paint surface repairs and apply a fast third coat after 10-15 minutes.
Effective pot life after mixing: 6 hours.
Mix Ratio
High gloss flat paint ratio: Paint: JBG23 curing agent = 1:0.3~0.5 (by weight)
Matte flat paint ratio: Paint: JBG23 curing agent = 1:0.2~0.4 (by weight)
Surface Treatment
The workpiece surface should undergo rust removal, degreasing, cleaning, dust and dirt removal, and drying. If applying over a previous coat of paint, the previous paint film should be dry and free from any contaminants. For cured primer or when applying over old epoxy or polyurethane paint films, sanding is required before applying this topcoat.
Notice
The construction temperature should be above 5°C, with humidity not exceeding 85%. The surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 degrees above the dew point. Before construction, the air compressor and filters should remove water before use to prevent pinholes in the paint film caused by water. The product must be thoroughly stirred before use. Outdoor painting is not permitted during inclement weather such as rain, snow, or heavy wind and sandstorms.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
The product is sealed in iron drums and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place, away from sources of fire and heat. The storage period is 12 months. If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be retested according to standard regulations. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. During transportation, the product should be protected from rain and sunlight, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.

The construction site should pay attention to keeping away from fire sources, ensuring ventilation, and implementing measures to prevent fire, static electricity, and poisoning.
