Categorize: Heavy-duty anticorrosive paints

Product Details

Product Composition

Fluorocarbon topcoat is a two-component ambient temperature curing fluorocarbon coating, composed of fluorocarbon resin, weather-resistant aliphatic isocyanate resin, and weather-resistant pigments.

Product Characteristics and Applications

It possesses outstanding gloss retention, color retention, and weather resistance; the paint film exhibits strong adhesion, scrub resistance, good anti-stick properties, and is easy to clean; it also demonstrates excellent chemical resistance. It can be used as a protective and decorative topcoat on steel structures (including ships, offshore structures, bridges, chemical equipment, industrial equipment, etc.) and concrete surfaces in environments with severe pollution where high gloss and color retention of the coating are required.

Surface Treatment

The surface of substrates coated with primer or intermediate paint should be kept clean and dry. When applying on an old epoxy paint film, the old paint film should be sanded to increase roughness.
