Product Details
Product Composition
This product is a two-component self-drying paint. Component A is composed of hydroxyl acrylic resin, metallic silver powder, pigments, additives, and organic solvents. It comes in metallic shades such as silver-gray, red, blue, yellow, green, black, etc. Component B is the curing agent containing aromatic diisocyanate prepolymers.

This paint produces a bright and glossy film with a three-dimensional metallic effect. It dries quickly and exhibits excellent gloss, adhesion, and hardness. It also has outstanding light and color retention properties. It is suitable for coating valuable equipment such as machinery, machine tools, precision instruments, and medical devices.

Product Matching and Construction Parameters
Direct spraying or paired with epoxy rust-proof primer. For the topcoat, acrylic clear varnish may be used as needed.
Matching thinner: JBX01
Recoating Interval: Recoat within 60 minutes or after 16 hours of the same paint; when recoating on intermediate paint or primer, the shortest interval is 8 hours, and the longest is 15 days.
Mixing ratio: Paint: JBG23 curing agent: JBX01 thinner = 1:0.3~0.6:0.5~0.8 (by weight)
Effective pot life after mixing: 6 hours.
Surface Treatment
The paint film of the previous coat should be dried and cleaned of any contaminants. For cured primer, sanding is required before applying the topcoat. When directly applying to the surface of metal workpieces, the workpiece surface must undergo rust removal, cleaning, and degreasing treatment, ensuring it is clean and dry.
Notice
Construction temperature should be above 5°C, with humidity not exceeding 85%. The surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 degrees higher than the dew point. Before using the product, it must be thoroughly stirred up and down to ensure no aluminum powder deposits at the bottom of the bucket before use. After use, any remaining curing agent should be promptly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
The product is sealed in iron drums and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place, away from sources of fire and heat. The storage period is 12 months. If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be retested according to standard regulations. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. During transportation, the product should be protected from rain and sunlight, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.

The product contains flammable organic solvents. When using, adhere to the safety regulations and operational specifications for painting work. The construction site should pay attention to keeping away from fire sources, ensuring ventilation, and implementing measures to prevent fire, static electricity, and poisoning.
