Product Features and Uses:
Can be used in environments with temperatures below 10℃ and humidity greater than 75%.
The product is designed with a special formula, resulting in very fast drying speed, almost comparable to oil-based products even in low-temperature environments. It is a two-component water-based epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint composed of water-based epoxy emulsion and composite amine, with faster drying, good overall performance, excellent adhesion, and good filling and abrasion resistance. The product is primarily available in light gray or gray-white; the regular product has a delicate appearance and can be used as an intermediate paint that needs to be paired with an epoxy primer.

Product Matching and Construction Parameters:
Compatible with water-based quick-drying epoxy zinc-rich primer and water-based quick-drying polyurethane topcoat. Other matchings can be formulated according to specific situations.
Product ratio: KWH0687 : KWHG40 = 6 : 1
Matching dilution: Clean tap water/distilled water
The drying effect of water-based coating products is greatly influenced by different environmental factors. Use should be comprehensively judged based on temperature, humidity, wind speed, and drying conditions to achieve the best film appearance and performance. The interval for recoating must be more than 1 hour after surface drying, the actual time depends on different environmental humidity and temperature; generally between 2h to 6h; the interval for topcoat recoating is best over 24 hours.
Notes:
The product must be thoroughly stirred before use and frequently stirred during use to prevent sedimentation.
Do not mix with other coatings, oils, contaminated water, strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, and organic solvents that may affect product performance.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
Stored and transported as non-dangerous goods, avoid freezing during storage and transportation, storage and transportation temperature 5℃-35℃, ensure temperature above 5℃, if below this temperature, good insulation measures must be taken; the effective storage period without opening is six months. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used after passing inspection.

This product does not contain flammable organic solvents. Follow painting safety regulations and process operating procedures during use. Necessary protective equipment should be worn during construction. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
