Brief Introduction

U-T-SI-O-Water based high temperature resistant Siloxane nano ceramic coating is composed of water-based silica sol and siloxane. This coating is a two-component water-based siloxane baking paint with good film adhesion, high hardness (6-9H), good decorative effect and excellent weather resistance. It can be widely applying in the surface of aluminum type material and wall, providing long-lasting protection.

 

Components

The main film-forming substrate is a water-based inorganic material with a diameter of 50um and a siloxane resin, forming a transparent coating or adding pigments to make basecoat or aluminum coating.

 

Application

Electric irons and rice cookers are heated to high temperatures above 600 ℃ and coated with film under high temperatures.

Household appliances, kitchenware、cookware、barbecue tool and gas stoves, non-softening, non-flammable while firing, smokeless and anti-bacterial.

Induction cooker、hair salon、 non-stick and resistant to dirt.

Car lights、high-temperature lamps、 and lamp covers and molybdenum bowls、 temperature resistant and can be setting to a kind of transparent color coatings.

Painting Essentials

Sandblasting treatment=>Two components are stirred evenly in A: B=3:1 and placed for 0.5-2 hours for maturation==>The work-piece is heated at 50-60 ℃ and then sprayed (with a thickness of about 10-15 µ m)==>Stillness for 5-10 minutes==>Baking at 180 ℃ × 15-20 minutes. Cool down to offline.

Matured products should be used up within 48 hours. Under ventilated, cool, and well packaged storage conditions, storage period of the product is six months from the date of production.

Precautions

Before using,the paint solution must be thoroughly stirred and diluted with water-based solvents or deionized water to the operation viscosity, with a dilution rate around 2-5%,and filter with a 200-300 mesh filter before operation.

The relative humidity of the operation environment shall not exceed 80% and good ventilation shall be maintained.

During operation, the surface of the coated material should be kept clean, dry, flat, and free of pollutants such as dust and oil.

Coatings should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature higher than 5 ℃.

The storage period of the paint is six months, please be sure to exhaust it within six months.
