Brief Introduction
Selecting high-quality water-based acrylic resin as the main film-forming material for water-borne thermal-set varnish, and supplemented by environmentally friendly pigments and additives. This coating is a single component dry paint (baked at 160 ℃) with good adhesion and covering power. It can apply on substrates such as electrophoretic base plate, stainless steel plates, or aluminum plates, providing long-lasting protection.

This product can be diluted with water, and using water-borne solvents or water cleaning tools. The operation is simple and convenient, and it can meet with environmental protection requirements.

Painting Essentials
Precautions
Before using, the paint solution must be thoroughly stirred and diluted with water-based solvents or deionized water to reach the working viscosity, with a dilution rate about 2-10%. Filter with a 120-300 mesh filter before painting.
The relative humidity of the operation environment shall not exceed 80% and good ventilation shall be maintained.
During operation, the surface of the coated material should be kept clean, dry, flat, and free of pollutants such as dust and oil.
Coatings should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature higher than 5 ℃.
The storage period of the paint is six months, please be sure to exhaust it within six months.
