It can be applied in the coating of steel doors in buildings, adopting the processing way of spray, drying, or spray continuously. It can be divided into two types: Gloss 20 to 40 and Gloss 60 to 80. Please refer to the relevant painting instructions.

One spray and one drying process: Spray primer (with thickness around 10-15 μm)==> Stillness for 5-10 minutes==>Baking at 180 ℃ for 10-15 minutes=>Cool down to offline=>Spraying topcoat again (thickness about 10-20μm)==>Stillness for 5-10 minutes==>Baking at 180 ℃  for 15-20 minutes   then Cool down to offline.

Spraying continuously process: Spray primer (thickness about 10-15μm)==>Stillness for 3-5 minutes or baking at 60-80 ℃ for 3-5 minutes before spraying the topcoat (with thickness around 10-20μm)==>Stillness for 5-10 minutes==>Baking at 180 ℃ for 15-20 minutes then cool down to offline.

 


Precautions

1. Before use, the paint solution must be thoroughly stirred and diluted with water-based solvents or water to the construction viscosity, with a dilution rate of about 30-40%. Filter with a 200-300 mesh filter before construction.
2. The relative humidity of the operation environment shall not exceed 80% and good ventilation shall be maintained.
3. During operation, the surface of the coated material should be kept clean, dry, flat, and free of pollutants such as dust and oil.
4. Coatings should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature higher than 5 ℃.
5. The storage period of the paint is six months, please be sure to exhaust it within six months.
