Brief Introduction
U-T Water-borne coating for aluminum is composed of imported high-quality water-based resin as the main film-forming material, supplemented by environmentally friendly pigments. This coating is a single component water-borne fluorocarbon coating, with good adhesion, high hardness、good weather resistance and excellent decorative effect. It can be widely applying in the surface of aluminum type material and wall, providing long-lasting protection.

Features
This product is single component packaging, and can be diluted with water, and using water-borne solvents or water cleaning tools. The operation is simple and convenient, and it can meet with environmental protection requirements.
The paint film is high hardness, good weather resistance in outdoor.

Dry Conditions: 180℃×10-15min
Painting Essentials
This coating can be applied in the painting of aluminum type materials which can be sprayed continuously during processing. It can be divided into two types: primer and topcoat. Please refer to the relevant operation instructions.
Spray primer (thickness around 15-20 µ m)=>stillness for 3-5 minutes or baking at 60-80 ℃ × 3-5 minutes before spraying the topcoat (with thickness around 15-20 µ m)==>stillness for 5-10 minutes==>Baking at 180 ℃ ×15-20 minutes, and cool down to offline
Precautions
Before using, the paint solution must be thoroughly stirred and diluted with pure water to the working viscosity, with a dilution rate of about 5-15%. Filter with a 120-300 mesh filter before painting.
The relative humidity of the operation environment shall not exceed 80% and good ventilation shall be maintained.
During operation, the surface of the coated material should be kept clean, dry, flat, and free of pollutants such as dust and oil.
Coatings should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature higher than 5 ℃.
The storage period of the paint is six months, please be sure to exhaust it within six months.
