Component
This product is a kind of two-component self-drying enamel. Component A is made from aliphatic acrylic resin, high weather resistant pigments, various imported additives, and organic solvents. Component B is a yellowing resistant curing agent containing aliphatic isocyanates.

This product is easy to operate, with a bright and full paint film, high hardness, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, and excellent weather resistance, light and color retention. The performance is better after low-temperature baking. Suitable for high-end decorative and protective topcoat for outdoor petroleum equipment storage tanks, large equipment, steel components, etc. It is also suitable for car repair or whole vehicle spraying. It is also an ideal paint for high decorative requirements products such as machine tools, precision machinery, motorcycles, household appliances, etc.

Surface Treatment
The paint film of the previous coat must be dry and free of any dirt on the film; Primers that have been cured for a long time or applied on old epoxy or polyurethane paint films must be sanded before painting.

Mixing Ratio：Coat：Curing Agent（JBG05/01）=5:1
Matching used product
The previous matching primer can be epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy two-component anti rust paint or intermediate paint, and the next matching primer can be acrylic varnish.
Matching use diluent: JBX01
Repainting interval: Within 80 minutes or 24 hours after repainting with the same paint; while reapplying on mid-primer or primer, the shortest time is 8 hours, and the longest is 15 days.
Precautions
The operation temperature should be above 5 ℃, the humidity should not exceed 85%, and the surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 degrees higher than the dew point; the product must be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed before use; Outdoor painting cannot be carried out due to severe weather conditions such as rain, snow, and sandstorms.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
Sealed packaging in iron drums, this product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, isolated from sources of fire, and away from heat sources. The storage period is 12 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be retested according to the standard regulations. If the results meet with the requirements, it can still be used. When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain, sunlight exposure, and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation bureau.
Safety and Environmental Regulations
This product contains flammable organic solvents. When using it, safety regulations and process standard specifications for painting operations should be followed. At the operation site, should keep it away from fire sources. and necessary protective measures such as ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken.
