The drying effect of water-based coating products is greatly affected by different environmental factors. During using, a comprehensive judgment should be made based on the temperature, humidity, wind speed, and drying conditions of the environment in order to achieve the best appearance and performance of the paint film.
The self-recoating interval must be at least 1 hour after the surface drying time, and the actual time depends on the impact of different environmental humidity and temperature on product drying; Generally between 2 hours and 6 hours; It is best to reapply the topcoat with an interval of more than 24 hours.
Precautions
The working temperature is between 10 ℃ and 30 ℃, and the working humidity is not more than 80%.It must be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed before use, and stirring must be maintained to prevent sedimentation during use.
It is prohibited to mix with other objects, such as coatings、oils、contaminated water、strong acids、strong alkalis、strong oxidants、organic solvents that may affect product performance.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
Store and transport exactly as the non-hazardous materials、prohibit freezing during storage and transportation、The storage and transportation temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃, ensuring that the temperature is above 5 ℃. Proper heat reservation measures must be taken once below this temperature; The effective storage period without opening the lid is six months. If the storage period expired, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
Safety and Environmental Regulations
This product does not contain flammable organic solvents, and should obey the safety painting regulations and processing specification of painting operations, during application; Necessary protective equipment should be worn during operation. In case of accidental skin contact, rinse immediately with soap and water. If it gets on the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
