Water-based coating products are significantly influenced by various environmental factors when drying. During usage, a comprehensive assessment should be made based on the temperature, humidity, wind speed, and drying conditions to achieve the best appearance and performance of the paint film. The recoating interval must be at least 1 hour after the touch dry, and the actual time depends on the impact of different environmental humidity and temperature on the product's drying process. Generally, it falls between 2 to 6 hours. For topcoat, the optimal recoating interval is 24 hours or more.
Precautions
1. The construction temperature should be between 10℃ and 30℃, and the construction humidity should not exceed 80%.
2. Thoroughly stir the product before use, and during the application process, regular stirring is necessary to prevent sedimentation.
3. Mixing this product with other coatings, oils, contaminated water, strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, and organic solvents that may affect product performance is strictly prohibited.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
Store and transport as non-hazardous goods. It is strictly prohibited to freeze during storage and transportation. The storage and transportation temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃, ensuring the temperature is above 5℃. If the temperature falls below this, effective insulation measures must be taken. The shelf life with the lid closed is six months. If the storage period exceeds six months, it can still be used if it passes inspection and remains in good condition.
Safety and Environmental Regulations
This product does not contain flammable organic solvents. When using, adhere to the safety regulations and operational specifications for painting operations. During construction, necessary protective equipment should be worn. In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
