Precautions

The drying performance of waterborne coating products is significantly affected by various environmental factors. Therefore, it is essential to make a comprehensive judgment based on the temperature, humidity, wind speed, and drying conditions to achieve the best appearance and performance of the coating film.

The recoating interval must be at least 1 hour after surface drying, with the actual time depending on the impact of different environmental humidity and temperature on product drying; generally ranging from 2 to 6 hours. For topcoat recoating, an interval of at least 24 hours is optimal.

Construction temperature should be between 10°C and 30°C, with construction humidity not exceeding 75%. The product must be thoroughly stirred before use, and stirring during use should be frequent to prevent settling.
