Product Usage and Characteristics
This is a multipurpose polyester putty, equipped with BPO hardener, characterized by fast air drying, fine texture, fewer pinholes, good temperature resistance, and excellent application properties. It has strong adhesion to various metal surfaces (except anodized aluminum), leaves no pinholes after application, is easy to spread, does not shrink after drying, has good compactness after sanding, strong water resistance, and good crack resistance at both high and low temperatures.

It can be used on iron, aluminum, steel, galvanized sheets, and primed metal surfaces.

Application Process
Before application, remove oil stains, rust, old paint film, and moisture from the surface to be puttied, ensuring it is clean and dry.
Mix the base putty and hardener in the specified ratio (100:1.5-2.5) until the color is uniform.
Apply the mixed putty to the prepared surface within the 2-4 minute working time at 25℃.
After complete drying, dry sanding can be performed. The optimal dry sanding time is 20 minutes after application (at 25℃ temperature and humidity below 40%).
Ensure the putty is completely dry before painting to avoid blistering or peeling.
Precautions
If air bubbles appear during application, they must be thoroughly leveled with a scraper to ensure good adhesion.
Do not return mixed putty with hardener to the original container. After use, seal the container to prevent solvent evaporation, which may cause the base putty to deteriorate. Never dilute the putty with 'thinner' or other solvents for application.
Use the dedicated hardener only and do not mix it with other hardeners.
This product is compatible with various primers but cannot be applied on phenolic or alkyd primers to avoid blistering or peeling.
Store in a cool place (below 25℃). The product can be stored for 12 months.
