To implement the Guangdong Province "Hundred-Thousand-Ten-Thousand" Project and the manufacturing-focused strategic deployment, and to strengthen the service work for industrial talents within the province while enabling more high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises to grow stronger through the capital market, the Third Phase of the 2024 New Guangdong Business Leaders Training Camp and the "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" Capital Market Training Camp was successfully concluded at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Capital Market Academy from November 14 to 15, 2024. The event was organized by the Guangdong Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center in collaboration with the Guangdong Equity Exchange Center and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Startup Enterprise Training Center.

Highlights from the Training Camp

During the training camp, enterprise participants, under the guidance of Shenzhen Stock Exchange staff, visited the stock exchange's listing hall and Financial Exhibition Center. Through promotional videos and professional explanations, they gained insights into the development of the national capital market and the history of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This immersive experience allowed participants to deeply appreciate the charm of the capital market.

The current training camp invited experts from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, securities firms, law firms, and accounting firms to share specialized topics focusing on industrial talent development, enterprise incubation, IPO guidance, and patient capital.

This training event integrated the concepts of "New Guangdong Business Leaders" and "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" enterprises. It built a bridge for face-to-face learning and exchanges between such enterprises and authoritative experts from various sectors. This initiative aims to further enhance the awareness of "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" enterprises in Guangdong Province regarding direct financing through the capital market. It also addressed the doubts enterprises have about entering the capital market, guiding them to leverage capital for accelerated development and further smoothing their path to the capital market.
